Every itinerary is built or refined by a destination expert who knows the region firsthand — hotels, guides, transport, timing, and local nuances included. You get a single point of contact throughout planning and travel, rather than juggling multiple bookings yourself.
Do you only offer group tours, or can I travel independently?
Both. Choose a Classic Shared Tour to join fellow travelers on a set itinerary, a Small Group Tour for a more intimate experience, a Private Tour for just your party, or a fully Tailor-Made trip built around your preferences from scratch.

How do I start planning a trip with TravDek?
Use “Request a Quote” or “Build Your Itinerary” on the website, or call our team directly. A travel advisor will follow up to understand your destination, travel dates, budget, and interests before proposing options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–3 months ahead for most itineraries, and 4–6 months ahead for peak season travel, small group tours with limited seats, or trips involving flights, visas, or high-demand hotels.
Can I customize a Classic or Small Group Tour?
Yes, within reason — for example, adding pre/post-tour nights, upgrading hotel categories, or arranging airport transfers. For a fully bespoke route and pace, a Tailor-Made or Private Tour is the better fit.
What's included in a typical tour package?
This varies by tour and is detailed on each itinerary page, but commonly includes accommodation, select meals, guided sightseeing, transport between destinations, and the services of a tour manager or local guide. International flights are usually quoted separately unless stated.
Do you book flights as well?
We can arrange or advise on international and domestic flights as part of your package. Let your travel advisor know if you’d like flights included in your quote.
